We’re not generally people to leave a review but felt we just had to following the efforts of Suzanne McKeown at Audi Wolverhampton. From conversations over telephone and to meeting her in branch, she was very polite, always listened to our concerns and was so professional throughout. Suzanne is someone that definitely cares and supports a customers journey, she always goes the extra mile when it comes to achieving positive outcomes! The service I received today was second to none, Corrinne Streete and Jim Wilkes were friendly, approachable, quick to respond, listened to all my questions and queries while giving me full assurance. Corrinne was lovely over the phone and in person. When I collected my car the next day she was yet again extremely helpful, explained everything made me feel at ease with my purchase. Talked me through every process and all the support I was able to use once I left with my car. I can't recommend Audi Wolverhampton enough if you need anything, speak to Corrinne or Jim and you won't regret it.

Amazing experience when part exchanging and picking up my new car! Corrinne was the most helpful advisor, and talked me through everything to make sure I understood everything and that I was getting the best deal. She has such a calm and reassuring personality, and I felt at ease with everything! Thank you so much, and thank you to both Corrinne and Alex too for putting a decent amount of fuel in for me :)

This is my local dealer I feel they do not offer the highest professional dealer services, it’s more average. Don’t expect to be made felt exceptional that you are buying & using a main dealer even if you have spent a lot of money. Shame.

Had a great experience buying my first new car at Audi. Pele was excellent from showing us around the dealership, testing driving and answering any questions I had. The whole process was easy and unveiling the car on pick up day was a lovely touch. Can’t thank you guys enough!

The representative was not very friendly. I was supposed to test drive an audi, but they didn't have it in stock. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but wasn't given many options. What I didn't disclose to her, was the fact that I wanted to part exchange and buy a new Audi, but due to her attitude, I was happy to leave. I went to another Audi dealer in the end and purchased a new car. Their service was excellent. Just goes to show that friendly customer service is the key to a sale!

A big thank you to Corrinne Streete. From the moment of meeting her she made me feel welcome. Corrinne went above and beyond to help me purchase my new car. For follow up phone calls email communication test drive, she made sure my car was the right car for me. I had to go back a month or so after to pick up a new key and again corrinne was excellent. Thank you audi Wolverhampton and thanks corrinne.
